A highly regarded midsize law firm in Stamford, CT—serving the community decades—is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their established T&E practice. This is a full-time, fully on-site position with a firm known for its strong workplace culture, professional stability, and long-standing client relationships.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of dedicated Trusts & Estates experience, a strong foundation in estate planning and administration, and the ability to work directly with high-net-worth individuals and business owners. The firm is targeting a start date by early 2026, though they are ready to move forward immediately for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare trust agreements, wills, and related estate planning documents

  • Handle probate proceedings from start to finish

  • Administer revocable and irrevocable trusts

  • Work with HNW individuals, families, and closely held business owners

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of relevant Trusts & Estates experience

  • CT Bar admission required

    • Candidates in the process of waiving into CT will also be considered

  • NY Bar admission is a strong plus

  • Solid drafting skills and the ability to manage matters independently

  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $130,000 – $180,000 base salary, depending on experience
