Job Description

Our client is a well-established, growing Land Surveying and Engineering firm looking to add a Survey Manager to their team. What you will need:

  • 5+ years of surveying experience
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
  • California LSIT is required; California PLS license is a plus or at least ability to become licensed within 1 year
  • Experience with lot line adjustments, parcel maps, final maps, condominium plans, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, plat maps and legal descriptions, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Good technical writing, computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to help manage and run a survey department is a plus,  but willing to train and mentor the right person
  • Business development skills are a plus, but not required
  • Experience using various softwares
