Project Manager – Construction

A local, well-established, and highly respected civil contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.  They have a long-standing reputation for excellence in managing Civil Projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for highly experienced Project Managers who are seeking a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  •  Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  •  Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
  •  Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  •  Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of heavy civil experience in project management.
  • Must have Earthwork Experience
  •  Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
