I’m working with a highly regarded Texas-based law firm that’s looking to hire a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and love supporting attorneys in high-stakes cases, this is your docket.
This firm is searching for a Litigation Paralegal with 8+ years of experience in medical malpractice and/or labor & employment litigation. Bonus points if you can juggle court deadlines, discovery documents, and trial prep without breaking a sweat.
📝 As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll handle:
Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery
Organizing case files and managing exhibits like a pro
Coordinating depositions, hearings, and trial logistics
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and court rules
To succeed as a Litigation Paralegal in this role, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail, strong knowledge of Texas e-filing systems, and excellent communication skills. NALA or TBLS certification is a plus!
