PM/Estimator, Wichita, KS

A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking an experienced PM/Estimator to estimate and manage commercial projects.

What you'll do:

• Perform takeoffs and prepare bids using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
• Review plans, specifications, and addenda
• Manage awarded projects through closeout
• Handle submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with general contractors and field leadership

What you bring:

• 5-10 years of commercial drywall estimating
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Local to the market
