Sales Representative, Bethesda, MD

An established casework, millwork, and carpentry contractor is seeking a Sales professional to drive new business with general contractors, architects, and owners.

What you'll do:

• Develop new business with GCs, architects, designers, and owners
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Identify and pursue project opportunities
• Work with estimating to prepare proposals
• Represent the company at industry events

What you bring:

• Commercial construction sales experience, ideally in millwork, casework, or interiors
• Established relationships in the regional construction market
• Ability to read plans and understand scopes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
