A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and comprehensive estate planning documents.
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, wealth preservation, and estate tax considerations.
Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and estate settlement matters while maintaining strong client relationships.
Active New Hampshire Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, or estate administration.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, organizational, and client communication skills.
