A well-established Hawaii law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, client advocacy, and case management.
Handle personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligence, and other injury-related claims.
Manage cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial, including discovery, depositions, and negotiations.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations while working to achieve favorable outcomes.
Active Hawaii Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of experience in personal injury law, including litigation and case management.
Strong negotiation, legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and client communication skills.
