A well-established New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and courtroom advocacy.
Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through settlement or trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents while conducting depositions and negotiations.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and trials while developing effective litigation strategies.
Active New Hampshire Bar license in good standing.
3+ years of experience in civil or commercial litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
