Location: Lancaster or Berks County, PA
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 + Bonus
Are you a Tax Attorney who enjoys solving complex tax issues and advising business owners? A well-established professional services firm in South Central Pennsylvania is expanding its tax advisory and controversy practice and is seeking an experienced attorney to join its collaborative team of accountants and business advisors.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in tax matters, work directly with business owners, and build strong client relationships in a supportive professional environment.
Advise business owners and closely held companies on federal, Pennsylvania, and local tax planning.
Provide tax guidance involving S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other business entities.
Represent clients in IRS and state tax audits, appeals, and collections.
Advise on tax implications related to business transactions, ownership transitions, and executive compensation.
Collaborate with accountants and other professional advisors to develop practical tax strategies.
Serve as a trusted legal resource for clients navigating complex tax matters.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
Approximately 3–5+ years of tax law experience.
Experience with tax planning, tax controversy, or business taxation.
Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
LL.M. in Taxation.
CPA license.
U.S. Tax Court admission.
Competitive base salary of $100,000–$150,000, based on experience.
