An established and mission-driven plaintiff firm in Miami is seeking an attorney to join its team, focusing on federal workers’ compensation claims (OWCP/FECA). This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to make a difference advocating for injured federal employees while building deep experience in a specialized and growing area of law.
You'll handle meaningful cases, work directly with clients, and be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, client service, and long-term career growth.
What They’re Looking For:
Experience with federal workers’ compensation (OWCP/FECA) is preferred—but candidates with backgrounds in personal injury, administrative law, or Social Security Disability will be considered
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong communication, litigation, and client advocacy skills
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
