Family Law Associate Attorney (3+ Yrs) – Partnership Track – San Antonio

About the Role

Our recruiting team is working directly with a well-respected, client-focused Texas law firm that is adding a Family Law Associate Attorney in San Antonio. The practice is exclusively family law (divorce, custody, support, and related matters), built on personalized advocacy and practical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own family law docket with regular client contact
• Handle temporary orders hearings, enforcement actions, and contested matters
• Draft petitions, motions, orders, decrees, and settlement documents
• Work on divorce, custody/possession, support, modifications, and protective orders

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Texas family law experience
• Courtroom confidence
• Ability to work with minimal oversight
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
