Superintendent – Interior Commercial Projects
Location: Atlanta, GA

Our well-established and reputable general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee interior commercial projects throughout the Atlanta area. Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for interior commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and site logistics to keep projects running efficiently.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues to minimize delays and maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in interior commercial construction (office, retail, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong understanding of interior build-outs, finishes, and MEP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.
