Position: Location Manager
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Location Manager to oversee a high-performing branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the location, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
- Manage and guide a team of 12-15 direct reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Maintain responsibility for the location’s performance, including operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the location, ensuring all team members work towards common goals.
Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience required—previous experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or trucking industries is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers throughout all seasons.
- Experience as a Location Manager is preferred, though Sales Managers with relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both operations and sales functions.
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment and ensure smooth operations across departments.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
- Potential for an annual bonus
