A well-established law firm is seeking a Versatile Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its Charlotte, NC team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling a variety of sophisticated disputes and wants to continue building a strong litigation practice.

Practice Areas

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Litigation & Dispute Resolution
  • Business & Corporate Litigation
  • Personal Injury
  • Community Association / HOA Litigation
  • Real Estate Developer Disputes
  • General civil litigation and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of attorney experience
  • Strong litigation and dispute-resolution background
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing cases from initial evaluation through resolution
  • Strong communication and client-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • MUST HAVE an active North Carolina Bar license
  • MUST HAVE an active South Carolina Bar license
