Oil & Gas Title Attorney – Texas Energy Firm – San Antonio – $115K–$220K + Bonus

Title attorneys: prepare drilling and division order opinions for top-tier energy clients, working directly with respected shareholders.

About the Role

Our recruiting team is working directly with a well-established, energy-focused law firm with deep roots in Texas oil and gas law that is adding an Oil & Gas Title Attorney in San Antonio. You'll handle sophisticated title work in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare original, supplemental, and division order title opinions
• Prepare drilling opinions
• Run detailed title examinations in Texas and other producing states
• Handle curative work and leasehold-rights analysis

What You Bring

• J.D. and active Texas Bar license in good standing
• Title opinion experience; drilling opinions preferred
• Strong grasp of Texas title and mineral law
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $115K–$220K DOE, plus performance-based bonuses
