Our client is a family owned, rapidly expanding industrial coatings contractor. They meet the most rigorous engineering standards while ensuring safety and maintaining an environmentally friendly job site. They have a team of experts in blasting and specialty coatings with experience in industries such as petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, wastewater, food manufacturing, and more! They are a well-known company with a high-level customer service and loyal clients. They are looking for driven, motivated, energetic, positive individuals to join their tight-knit team!

This position is on-site. Sales experience required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote company services
  • Build Client Relationships (New and Existing) 
  • Being out in the field and identifying project opportunities to bid for our estimators
  • Direct sales to our customers and existing clients
  • Outside sales to perpective clients (manufacturing facilities, plant managers, engineers, project managers etc)

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful business to business sales experience or construction estimating experience with a proven track record of achievement
  • Technical knowledge preferred
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficiency in account management and building a book of business
  • Hunger and motivation for sales and new clientele
  • Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
  • Coatings and Industrial knowledge preferred
