1600 billable hour requirement (yes, 1600 — not 1900+)
Hourly bonus paid for every hour billed over 1600 — even if the time is written off or not collected
Additional discretionary bonuses

You will work directly with partners on:
Labor & employment litigation
Advice and counseling matters
Strategic case development and client support
This is hands-on, substantive work with mentorship built in.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California bar admission (in good standing)
Intrinsically motivated and growth-oriented
Resourceful, driven, and eager to take ownership

Compensation is based on experience and education, with a strong bonus structure in place.
