We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of licensed experience, focused on asbestos / asbestos litigation.

Experience and Skills

• JD and licensed to practice in IL.
• 2+ years of direct Asbestos Litigation experience.
• Overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. 
• Trial and appellate experience are also valued. 
• This attorney can maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.

The anticipated salary will range between $110,000 and $160,000, commensurate with the candidate’s background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include the availability of discretionary profit-sharing contributions, typically made on an annual basis, and a merit-based discretionary bonus.
