Insurance Producer / Sales Executive

Location: Eastern, Missouri (Hybrid Flexibility Available)

About the Opportunity 

A well-established, community-driven insurance agency in the eastern Missouri area is expanding and looking to add an experienced Insurance Producer / Sales Professional to their growing team. 

This agency has built a strong local reputation, invests heavily in marketing support, and is actively involved in the community. They are looking for a relationship-focused producer who wants to grow a book of business with real backing and long-term opportunity. 

If you’re licensed, motivated, and customer-service driven — this is worth a conversation. 

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and grow a book of business (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)
• Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and risk management guidance
• Leverage agency-provided marketing support to drive new business
• Manage renewals and maintain high retention levels
• Write business in multiple states (agency writes nationwide) 

What We’re Looking For 

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Required)
• Prior insurance sales/producer experience preferred
• Life & Health license (or experience) is a strong plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated with a growth mentality
• Comfortable networking and engaging in the local community
