Litigation Attorney – Product Liability (Chicago, IL)

Chicago based litigation firm is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney (3–10 years of experience) to join its office, focusing on product liability and warranty defense matters.

About the Role

• Litigate complex product liability and warranty matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Develop and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, and trial proceedings
• Opportunity for trial and appellate work

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of licensed litigation experience
• Active California license (required)
• Active Midwest license in Illinois, Missouri, or Kansas (required)
• Strong case management skills
• Excellent writing, research, and advocacy abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Professional presence and client-facing skills
• Ability to maintain and grow client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding practice areas.
