It is big enough to serve your larger customers and small enough to give them personal service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop new loans and manage an existing commercial portfolio.
- Build a book of business and cross-sell commercial banking services through a proactive business development plan.
- Monitor portfolio and repayment activity, and act on past-due accounts.
🎯 What You Bring
- Several years of experience, currently in an active commercial lending role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance (preferred).
- Strong business development and credit risk assessment skills; CRE and middle-market experience.
- Knowledge of bank lending and collection regulations.
- Community bank or credit union background and local community involvement.
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000 - $225,000 per year, plus incentives based on loans closed.
