Compensation: Up to $200,000 + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits
The Opportunity
We are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes, large-scale projects in the heavy civil and industrial sectors. This isn't a "paper-pushing" role; it’s a seat for a PM who knows how to move dirt, pour massive concrete structures, and manage a heavy equipment fleet to deliver complex commercial and industrial infrastructure.
You’ll be joining a respected, stable contractor known for taking on the "tough" jobs that others shy away from.

What You’ll Do

• Full Lifecycle Leadership: Lead projects from pre-con and estimating through to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
• Heavy Assets: Manage self-performed work involving heavy equipment, complex concrete pours, and industrial system integrations.
• Strategic Oversight: Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to navigate the technical challenges of heavy civil construction.
• Financial Mastery: Own the budget. You’ll be responsible for cost-tracking, forecasting, and maximizing ROI on every site.

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years of Project Management experience in Heavy Civil, Concrete, or Industrial construction.
• Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of earthwork, equipment utilization, and structural concrete.
• Track Record: Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects ($10M–$50M+ range) with high complexity.
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
