Idaho Opportunity: Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

Role: Associate Attorney

Location: Boise, ID

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

On behalf of a prestigious and highly respected personal injury firm, I am seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their Idaho team. This firm is uniquely distinguished by its commitment to legal education; their leadership has served as faculty and deans for national trial colleges, mentoring attorneys across the country in elite trial advocacy.

Why Consider This Firm?

Unlike high-volume "mill" firms, my client operates on a foundation of quality and mentorship. They balance a high-performance culture with a genuine commitment to a healthy work-life balance. You will be joining a team that values:

  • Elite Work Product: Producing top-tier legal advocacy for every case.

  • Community Impact: Acting as champions for public safety and justice.

  • Career Growth: Access to paid CLEs and opportunities for multi-state licensure.

The Role

This position is situated within the Pre-Litigation Department. You will manage a diverse portfolio of cases—ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents to wrongful death and facility negligence—guiding them from initial intake through successful settlement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive case evaluations and strategic legal research.

  • Direct all phases of pre-litigation, including drafting demand packages and managing medical evidence.

  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to secure maximum recovery for clients.

  • Litigate smaller matters independently to sharpen your courtroom skills.

  • Maintain empathetic, consistent communication with a dedicated client base.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Active license to practice law in Idaho.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of personal injury experience (pre-litigation focus preferred).

  • Skills: Strong negotiation instincts and the ability to manage a busy caseload with high attention to detail.

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE).

  • Bonus Structure: Competitive quarterly performance bonuses and commission packages.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
