What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for clients on benefits, claims, billing, enrollments, and terminations
  • Navigate renewals smoothly—gather data, generate reporting, and prepare census info
  • Oversee new client onboarding through coordinated AOR and carrier collaboration
  • Team up to market group coverage solutions effectively
  • Create engaging open enrollment resources and support client presentations
  • Stay current on benefit regulations and share insights with clients
  • Keep documentation sharp and systems updated for seamless record-keeping
  • Respond to employee inquiries—from prior authorizations to plan details—with confidence and care
  • Take initiative in servicing and retaining valuable benefits accounts

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits insurance
  • You hold a valid Wisconsin Life & Health Insurance License
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but your experience and drive speak volumes
  • Experience with both major medical and ancillary products
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate with ease
  • You understand benefit products, trends, and how to manage a complex book of business
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, digital-forward environment
