Responsibilities

• Lead the largest, most complex commercial projects in the portfolio

• Mentor PMs, APMs, and project engineers

• Drive budget, schedule, and margin performance across multiple jobs

• Own key client relationships and support business development

• Lead preconstruction, buyout, risk management, and contract negotiation

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management

• Track record delivering $10M+ projects

• Leadership and mentoring experience

• Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills

• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
