Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on commercial projects

• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site logistics

• Keep the schedule on track through look-aheads and coordination

• Lead site safety and quality control

• Keep daily reports and communicate closely with the PM and owner

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership

• Ability to read plans and specs and coordinate trades

• OSHA 30 preferred

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Comfort with Procore or similar field software
