Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for commercial bids

• Solicit, level, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Build complete bid packages and proposals

• Support preconstruction and value engineering

• Hand off cleanly to project teams at award

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating

• Experience with takeoff software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and numbers

• Solid knowledge of construction means and methods

• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
