Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously
Lead and mentor audit teams on concurrent projects
Review and finalize audit deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with firm and professional standards
Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and develop actionable insights
Contribute to the development of departmental training, tools, and methodologies
Maintain strong client relationships and promote long-term engagement success
Prioritize and manage workloads to meet project timelines and budget goals
Qualifications:
CPA license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on external audits
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple audit engagements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 15–20% throughout the year (minimal travel relative to most firms)
