Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, experience with, but not limited to ground-up, retail, tilt-up, education, warehouse, light industrial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
• Strong team building skills
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
• Familiarity with construction-related software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Travel to project sites as required
