Lead the design and coordination of land development projects from concept through construction
Prepare and oversee civil site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
Collaborate directly with clients, architects, agencies, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
Mentor junior engineers and review engineering work for accuracy and compliance
Manage project timelines, budgets, and permit submittals with local and state authorities
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana (or ability to obtain quickly)
5+ years of relevant civil site design experience, preferably in land development
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools
Strong understanding of regulatory processes and permitting in Indiana
