Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Utilize advanced construction technology and software, including:
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress logs, and other required documentation
  • Review contract documents, identify quality or design issues, and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to address field challenges and maintain workflow continuity
  • Develop and present site logistics plans to clients and internal teams
  • Manage electronic payroll submissions and ensure accurate cost coding
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and follow up with meeting minutes and action items
  • Review approved submittals and confirm proper material installation in the field
  • Oversee field quality assurance/quality control processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and successful projects
  • Solid knowledge of construction management principles, safety standards, and field operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, and related construction software
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
