Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Utilize advanced construction technology and software, including:
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress logs, and other required documentation
- Review contract documents, identify quality or design issues, and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to address field challenges and maintain workflow continuity
- Develop and present site logistics plans to clients and internal teams
- Manage electronic payroll submissions and ensure accurate cost coding
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and follow up with meeting minutes and action items
- Review approved submittals and confirm proper material installation in the field
- Oversee field quality assurance/quality control processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, safe, and successful projects
- Solid knowledge of construction management principles, safety standards, and field operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, and related construction software
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
