I’m partnering with a privately held residential builder that has been a trusted leader in Georgia homebuilding for more than 30 years. As they continue expanding their portfolio of award-winning, master-planned communities, they are seeking a Director of Land Development to oversee, manage, and grow their development pipeline across metro Atlanta.

Strong backlog and stable land pipeline across several Georgia counties
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all land development activities from due diligence through construction and turnover
Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards for all development projects
Oversee consultants, engineers, contractors, and trade partners
Collaborate with internal teams on planning, design, and community execution
Ensure compliance with local jurisdictions, permitting, and environmental requirements
7+ years of land development experience (residential strongly preferred)
Proven success managing land development projects in metro Atlanta
Strong understanding of site work, utilities, grading, and horizontal construction
Ability to lead multiple communities simultaneously
