Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Drive projects to successful, on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Ability to run projects independently with confidence
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
