About the Role:
The Residential Roofing Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day production operations for residential roofing projects. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of residential roofing production, including scheduling, materials coordination, and on-site supervision.
• Act as a liaison between clients, crews, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safety and quality standards on every project, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.
