Associate Attorney – Toxic Tort Defense

Locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, CA

We are seeking an Associate Attorney (2nd–6th year from bar admission) to join our nationally recognized defense litigation team. This is a great opportunity for attorneys with general defense litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into toxic tort, asbestos, and silica defense. Prior toxic tort experience is not required—we provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school

  • 2–6 years of litigation experience (defense preferred, but not required)

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
