A well-established law firm is looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to support its litigation practice.

This is a hybrid position for a highly organized professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment and understands the demands of a litigation practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support to attorneys and litigation teams
  • Prepare, format and proofread legal documents
  • Manage calendars, deadlines and court dates
  • Assist with filings, pleadings and discovery
  • Coordinate correspondence, documents and case materials
  • Communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of legal secretary experience
  • Strong litigation experience
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple attorneys, deadlines and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology
  • Professional, dependable and able to work independently
