A well-established law firm in the Tampa area is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume practice and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and file legal documents in state courts
• Manage high-volume court filings and recordings with accuracy
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation
• Coordinate and manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and key dates
• Ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
• Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties as needed
• Support attorneys throughout the legal process while keeping matters on track

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Experience with high-volume state court filings and recordings is highly preferred
• Excellent calendaring and deadline management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate required

What the Firm Offers

• Competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000, based on experience
• Hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the office)
