Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: California

Position Overview:
A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in California is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex HVAC and plumbing projects. This organization is known for its long-standing reputation for excellence, strong company culture, and commitment to employee success.

Project Types:
Higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams

• Identify and resolve project and team challenges efficiently

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing project management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven project budgeting and financial management experience

• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
