Job Title: HVAC & Plumbing Project Executive

Job Summary:
A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in the Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience and a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level leadership for HVAC and plumbing construction projects

  • Develop, implement, and manage team procedures, systems, and workflows

  • Forecast workload, sales, staffing needs, and project resources

  • Analyze secured and prospective project pipelines and provide progress reporting

  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, owners, and project stakeholders

  • Mentor project teams through all phases of design and construction

  • Partner with HR to identify training and professional development needs

  • Utilize leadership and motivation techniques to maximize productivity and team engagement

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience

  • Sales and estimating experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams

  • Proven project budgeting and financial management expertise

  • Ability to resolve project and team challenges effectively

  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
