We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to contribute to the design and development of land development and infrastructure projects, from conceptualization to construction. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in permitting, construction administration, stormwater design, and site layout, while making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including risk management, bidding, and final closeout.
  • Design site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, stormwater management, and erosion control measures using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Prepare detailed design documents, engineering calculations, technical reports, and permit applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Assist with permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Support construction administration tasks, including responding to RFIs, conducting site inspections, and preparing as-built drawings.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably with local project exposure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
  • Strong technical skills in stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
  • Active Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain it throughout employment.
