PRE-LITIGATION PI ATTORNEY
Location: Dallas, TX

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury platform that is continuing to expand its pre-litigation team. This Pre-Litigation Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney role is ideal for an attorney who knows how to drive value early in a case and wants to focus on strategy and settlement.

This role involves managing a high-volume docket from intake through resolution, with a focus on maximizing settlements prior to litigation.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $140,000–$170,000, with a compensation structure that allows total earnings to exceed $300,000 after the first year based on performance

What We Need

  • 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, specifically handling pre-litigation matters
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload and moving matters efficiently toward resolution
  • Strong ability to evaluate liability, damages, and coverage early in the case lifecycle
  • Proven track record negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters to maximize settlements
  • Experience reviewing medical records, bills, and guiding demand package strategy
  • Ability to manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong client communication
  • Understanding of trucking/commercial vehicle cases is highly preferred
  • Ability to identify cases that should be escalated into litigation
  • Licensed and in good standing in Texas
