Family Law Attorney: Compassionate Advocacy for Families in Delray Beach

Our client, a respected Palm Beach County family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Delray Beach office. The team guides clients through divorce, timesharing, parenting plans, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, and post-judgment modifications.

This is an in-office role in Delray Beach, where you will be part of a warm, supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Manage family law cases from initial consultation through final judgment
• Draft petitions, motions, financial affidavits, and marital settlement agreements
• Conduct discovery and analyze financial records
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Counsel clients with empathy through difficult transitions

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
• Compassionate and client-focused approach
• Commitment to working in office in Delray Beach
