What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on a wide range of complex estate planning and administration matters, including:
• Asset Protection & Business Succession Planning
• Charitable and Planned Giving
• Domestic and Cross-Border Estate Planning
• Estate & Trust Administration
• Gift & Estate Tax Return Preparation
• Guardianship and Long-Term Care Planning
• Land Conservation and Family Real Estate Planning
• Probate and Fiduciary Litigation
• Planning with Digital Assets
What We’re Looking For
• J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, or related areas.
• Experience with tax planning, estate/gift tax filings, and fiduciary matters preferred.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice law in Massachusetts.
