The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Lead Litigation: Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation, from initial evaluation through trial or resolution.
• Strategic Defense: Draft complex pleadings, motions, and legal benchmarks while conducting thorough discovery and depositions.
• Client Advocacy: Maintain direct, high-level communication with clients and adjusters, providing clear risk assessments and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate: Work alongside a team of elite legal professionals across a multi-state platform to ensure consistent, top-tier representation.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated experience in Insurance Defense. (This is a non-negotiable requirement for this specific role).
• Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
• Skills: Exceptional writing ability, sharp analytical skills, and a "closer" mentality in the courtroom or at the mediation table.
