Plant Manager

Seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in recycling or automotive operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage plant personnel across production, maintenance, and support functions

  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow to meet production goals

  • Manage budgets with a strong focus on labor costs, man-hours, and operational efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and minimize equipment breakdowns

  • Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed and promote a strong safety-first culture

  • Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize preventive maintenance efforts

  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements

Background & Experience

  • Proven plant management or operations leadership experience

  • Background in recycling or automotive manufacturing is required

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance

  • Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and productivity

  • Maintenance or mechanical background is a strong plus

  • Comfortable leading teams and holding people accountable
