Job Description

A well-established construction company in Jackson Hole, Wyoming is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is best suited for a Senior-level PM with several years of proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Lead and support the preconstruction process, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and scope reviews

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change management

• Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, and field coordination

• Use Sage for cost control, job costing, and financial reporting

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction

• Strong experience with Procore and Sage

• Demonstrated experience in preconstruction and project planning

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $150-160k, with flexibility based on experience
