The Opportunity

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in state and federal courts, including drafting complex pleadings, managing discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strategic Mindset: We are looking for candidates with a background in true commercial litigation.
• Note: Candidates with strictly insurance defense backgrounds will not be considered for this specific opening.
• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active ARDC membership in good standing.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to command a room during oral arguments or client presentations.
