The Senior Project Manager oversees multiple active commercial/industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role drives schedule execution, cost controls, subcontractor direction, quality oversight, and client communication. Ideal candidates are proven managers capable of independently delivering complex work.
Lead full project lifecycle from buyout through turnover.
Develop project schedules and maintain milestones.
Oversee budgets, cost trending, projections, and change management.
Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
Maintain strong communication with owners, vendors, architects, and engineers.
Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
Drive quality expectations from material procurement through final commissioning.
Prepare regular progress reporting and financial updates.
7+ years experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
Strong experience leading multi-million-dollar projects.
Background in preconstruction, estimating support, cost analysis, and scheduling.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
Proficiency with project management systems and scheduling platforms.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
