Trust and Operations Associate
Location: Greater Scottsdale, AZ Area | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: $21.00 – $31.00/hr + Annual Bonus
A dynamic and growing wealth management division within a community-focused financial institution is looking for a Trust and Operations Associate to join their team. This role supports both the trust administration and operations functions and is a strong fit for a candidate who enjoys detail-oriented work, has a service-first mindset, and is eager to grow in the trust and financial services industry.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of trust accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records—all while supporting senior trust officers.
Support the administration of trust, estate, and agency accounts
Open and maintain trust accounts, process account changes, and update asset records
Process daily account transactions including ACHs, wires, bill payments, and deposits
Monitor and manage account activity in accordance with legal documents and internal policies
Assist with mail handling, document management, and account maintenance
Collaborate with trust officers and operations leadership to ensure smooth delivery of service
Serve as a backup to retail banking functions as needed
1–3 years of experience in trust administration or financial operations
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; comfort with data entry and financial software
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Professional demeanor and eagerness to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team
